ADULT INSTRUCTORS
Rugby Sea Cadet Unit has a number of Adult Volunteers who give their time to benefit the cadets. Many of them have been cadets themselves and are examples of how the Sea Cadet Corps can help young people towards responsible adulthood instilling valuable personal attributes such as teamwork, discipline, good communication and leadership.
